In the few short months that mom has been at Riceville she has been happy, healthy, well taken care of and found a new community of people. Her social life is amazing, she is very active and it's a joy to visit her and see how content she is now. The staff are family, as well as friends. I almost wish we would have helped her move earlier so that she could have met everyone sooner. This really was the best choice for mom and my siblings. We all worry less knowing that she is living her best life surrounded by people that care and have her best interest at heart.

I am really glad I chose the Riceville Family Care & Therapy Center for my long term care because it feels nothing like being in a care center. What it feels like is an extended stay with your family, like you just moved in with one of the kids. Why I say this is because every staff member here makes you feel like you are part of their family. They treat you like a family member, they give the best care, whether it's helping us personally get ready for the day, preparing healthy meals, keeping the whole place clean and well maintained and all of our laundry clean. They also make sure we stay active physically and mentally with all kinds of activities. It's not a care center, it's a home.
Riceville Family Care and Therapy Center is a 5 star care center. All of the staff here are very caring and compassionate towards the residents. It is like one large family. Everyone is very understanding and very helpful in letting you know what you need to know while here and after discharge. The Dietary and Housekeeping are awesome. I would like to thank all of you for a very memorable stay.
